  1. Program Overview
  Program Name: Knox United SC Summer School Soccer Training Program
  Organized By: Knox United SC in collaboration with EFDA (Elite Futbol Development Academy Melbourne)
  Session Duration: Each session will be 1 hour long.
  Number of Sessions: 8
  Target Age/s : Group 1 - 8-10 yrs, Group 2 - 11+
  To be held at Knox Italian Community Club - 99 Karoo Rd, Rowville
  
  2. Registration
  Eligibility: Participation open to registered members of Knox United SC & non-members.
  Registration Process: Participants must complete the registration form and pay the full fee before the commencement of the first session.
  Fees: The fee for the entire program must be paid in advance. Partial payments or pay-per-session arrangements are not accepted.
  
  3. Attendance and Punctuality
  Attendance: Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. No refunds will be provided for missed sessions.
  Punctuality: Participants must arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of each session.
  
  4. Conduct and Behaviour
  Respectful Conduct: All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and other participants.
  Code of Conduct: Participants must adhere to the Knox United SC Code of Conduct. Any form of bullying, harassment, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate expulsion from the program without refund.
  
  5. Health and Safety
  Medical Clearance: Participants must have a medical clearance to participate in the program. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed during registration.
  Safety Gear: Participants must wear appropriate soccer gear, including shin guards and soccer boots, during all sessions.
  Injury Protocol: Knox United SC and EFDA are not responsible for any injuries sustained during the program. In case of injury, parents/guardians will be contacted immediately.
  
  6. Cancellations and Refunds
  Program Cancellation: Knox United SC reserves the right to cancel the program or individual sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be informed as soon as possible, and a refund or rescheduled session will be provided.
  Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued once the program has commenced, except in the case of program cancellation by Knox United SC.
  
  7. Media Release
  Photography and Video: By participating in the program, participants and their parents/guardians consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during the sessions for promotional purposes by Knox United SC and EFDA.
  
  8. Liability Waiver
  Acknowledgment of Risk: Participants and their parents/guardians acknowledge the inherent risks associated with soccer training and agree to release Knox United SC and EFDA from any liability arising from participation in the program.
  
  9. Amendments
  Changes to T&Cs: Knox United SC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be informed of any changes before they take effect.
